To further strengthen team cohesion, enrich employees’ cultural lives, and enhance collaborative spirit, the company organized a six-day overseas team-building trip to Singapore and Malaysia from May 1 to May 6, 2026.
This event was themed “Unite Hearts, Pool Strengths, and Co‑Create the Future,” with an itinerary that included city tours, cultural experiences, and team‑building activities. During the program, employees visited Singapore’s iconic landmarks, such as Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion, gaining a firsthand sense of the city’s dynamic development and rich cultural diversity. In Malaysia, participants immersed themselves in the local way of life, discovering the region’s distinctive natural landscapes and urban character.
Throughout the event, participants fostered greater communication and mutual understanding in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, further strengthening their sense of teamwork and collective belonging. Employees unanimously agreed that this team-building activity not only alleviated work-related stress but also broadened their international perspectives and reinforced team cohesion, enabling them to approach their future tasks with renewed enthusiasm.
