         Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co., LTD. (zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co., LTD.) is located in Ningbo city, Zhejiang Province, formerly zhejiang Refinery which was established in 1975 and transferred to the former SINOPEC corporation in 1983.           Zhenhai Refinery is sinopec's largest crude oil processing base and refined oil export base. Since 2010, sinopec has ranked first in profit for 10 consecutive years, and has comprehensively built an industrial pattern of "big oil refining, big ethylene, big wharf and big storage". Zhenhai Refining & Chemical co., Ltd. currently has a refinery capacity of 23 million tons/year and 1 million tons/year ethylene.
