This project is one of the major projects in the field of new energy in Guangzhou Development Zone, with a construction investment of approximately 9 billion yuan. The project aims to achieve safety and green environmental upgrades through on-site renovation while maintaining the current crude oil processing capacity of 12.75 million tons per year.
